AMICUS Hearing

AMICUS, in conjunction with The American Hearing Aid Association offers its members a superior hearing aid program. Unlike many ‘product based’ or group owned programs the AHAA program from AMICUS offers true options and professional choice. There are 2,900 member offices across the country and they represent over 30 brands and vendors of hearing aids and products – not just one or a company sponsored group. Each member is credentialed with training standards beyond the state licensing for diagnostics and dispensing that each provider is required to have.

AMICUS members enjoy:
  • A discount of 20% or $200, whichever is greater, on hearing aids from participating providers
  • Free quarterly cleaning and adjustments
  • Free yearly screening
  • First-Year Loss and Damage Insurance
  • First-Year Repair Warranty (in some instances two years)
  • Batteries for life
  • A Customer Service Center with 24-hour voice mail and response
If you need a Hearing Provider

As an AMICUS member, you are entitled to the special membership benefits of the American Hearing Aid Associates (AHAA) Network and its Universal Hearing Benefits Plan. There are over 2900 participating hearing professionals offering a wide selection of devices. Providers in this network are not owned or operated by a specific brand of hearing device. AHAA participating providers are healthcare professionals who put your needs first and have available several technically advanced and cosmetically enhanced hearing aids made to fit the specific needs of the patient. AHAA does not believe in one size or ‘one brand’ fits all. As an AMICUS member, you will receive:
  • 20% or $200 (whichever is greater) off the cost of any hearing aid the provider prescribes
  • No cost Quarterly Adjustments and Cleanings
  • No cost Yearly Screening and Evaluation
  • No cost First Year Loss and Damage Replacement Insurance
  • A minimum of one year and up to two year repair warranty
  • Batteries for the life of the device (two packages per quarter)
