The AMICUS Program Group, LLC (AMICUS) recognizes that protecting the privacy

This notice refers to Protective Marketing Enterprises using the terms "we," "us,"
and "our."
How we obtain information
We obtain the information we need directly from you on your enrollment form or
from those you have authorized to provide information to us.

- Customer Information: This includes identifying information such as your name,
address, and social security number.
- Financial Information: If you choose to provide it to us for billing purposes,
we may obtain the type and the account number of your credit card or the name
of your bank and your checking account number.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect all the
information we have obtained about you.
What we do with the information we obtain
We use information about you for business purposes such as maintaining your membership,
and we may also use information about you to offer you other products and services.

Under our current privacy policy, we do not sell information about you to others;
however, we may share it with affiliated entities.

In order to offer you products and services that may be of value to you, we may,

AMICUS will not disclose the financial information described above to anyone
unless you have authorized us to do so, or as permitted* or required by law.
*Examples of disclosures permitted by law would include disclosures to organizations
which provide business services for us such as printing and mailing.

Our policy about obtaining and disclosing information may change from time to
time. We will provide you with notice of any material change to this policy before
