Vision Access – Nationwide vision care discount network consisiting of over 12,000 providers
at major chains and independent eye care centers (ophthalmologists, optometrists,
opticians, and optical outlets). 10% - 50% savings on frames, prescription lenses, sunglasses
and on RK, LASIK & CO2 Laser Surgery; Mail-order contact lenses replacement
program.
Pharmacy Savings – there are more than 50,000 participating locations across the country and
you will receive the lower of the contracted rate for the prescription or the
rate at which the pharmacy is selling the prescription for at that time. You can
also use the AMICUS mail order program for deeper savings on maintenance prescriptions.
Chiropractic Savings – there are more than 4,000 chiropractors nationwide in the network, and that
number is growing. 50% off initial Exams, Consultations, & Diagnostics combined,
50% off xrays, and $30 Spinal Adjustments.
Hearing Program – at over 2,900 participating locations nationwide, AMICUS members will save
20% off or $200 whichever is greater.
